Sale, Supply & Payment
An order is only confirmed once an email has been sent from IBS Intelligence confirming the order. A binding contract will come into existence upon acceptance by us of your order. We aim to process each order within 14 working days although time shall not be of the essence in respect of processing orders.

The Seller shall sell and the Buyer shall purchase the Goods in accordance with any quotation or offer of the Seller which is accepted by the Buyer, or any order of the Buyer which is accepted by the Seller, subject in either case to these Conditions, which shall govern the Contract to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions subject to which any such quotation is accepted or purported to be accepted, or any such order is made or purported to be made, by the Buyer.

Savings reflect pre-publication discounts. All discounts can only be applied at the time of registration and cannot be combined. All discounts are subject to approval.

Access to certain IBS Intelligence and ibsintelligence.com content is subject to a fee. All payments (including applicable taxes) must be made in advance in pounds sterling or other currency specified by IBS Publishing Limited and ibsintelligence.com until credit approval by IBS Publishing Limited has been established and, thereafter, invoices are payable within thirty days of the date of invoice. If payments are not made in a timely manner, IBS Publishing Limited may terminate this agreement immediately.
Payment should be made to IBS Publishing Ltd.

All customers within the UK will be charged VAT, at the current rate, where appropriate. Customers within the European Union will also be charged VAT where appropriate, unless their company VAT number is provided. All customers outside of the European Union are exempt from VAT.

If the Buyer fails to make any payment on the due date then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Seller, the Seller shall be entitled to cancel the order or suspend any further deliveries to the Buyer.

Refunds can only be made via the means used for the original purchase. All refunds are at the discretion of IBS Publishing Limited and ibsintelligence.com.

IBS Online Publications
Whether you, the Subscriber, have purchased an online subscription or are a registered user to another part of this Website, the details which are registered with us, allow you and only you to use this Website for as long as we allow access, or in the case of a subscription or trial for the period of the contract. Individual accounts therefore may not be shared.

When you complete your subscription registration as a subscriber or trial user of the Website we hereby grant you a sole, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the premium content and services provided for by this Website as per your subscription or trial period. Access is via your username and password. You are responsible for the payment of all charges associated with the use of the Website using your username and password.

IBS Publishing Limited will not make any reimbursements for cancellations made part way through a subscription period.

IBS Publishing Limited and ibsintelligence.com reserve the right to change the online content at their own discretion and without notification.

We will allow subscribers and trial users access on the basis that:
a) Your username and password are personal to you and may not be used by anyone else. You undertake to us that you will keep your password secret and will inform us in the event that you become aware that it is no longer confidential, is being used by an unauthorised person or in breach of this Agreement.
b) You will not do anything which would assist anyone who is not a registered user to gain access to any part of the Website. If for any reason, we believe that you have not complied with any of these Terms and Conditions, we may, at our discretion, cancel your access to the Website immediately without giving you any advance notice and terminate the Agreement.

IBS Publishing Limited shall have no liability for any interruption or delay in access to the Site irrespective of the cause.

Each Subscriber is responsible for all charges incurred and all statements which are made while such Subscriber's Password or Username is being used.

If your use of the Website is terminated by IBS Publishing Limited and ibsintelligence.com, you will be entitled to receive a refund of any credits or pre-payments which remain unused at the time of termination unless such use is terminated because you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions. You will continue to be responsible for any fees or other charges incurred by you prior to such termination.

Print Publications
It may be necessary for IBS Publishing Limited to change the content and/or date of publication at anytime. We will notify you of any major changes.

Delivery shall take place when the goods you have ordered including Publications are delivered to your delivery address as given by you in the relevant order. Subject to any delay outside the control of IBS Publishing Limited, we will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the goods including Publications to the address stated.

Delivery is subject to stock and availability. We aim to deliver within 28 (twenty-eight) days from the receipt of your order unless the order is made prior to publication. However, this delivery time is an estimate, and delivery within the time quoted cannot be guaranteed. If the goods are not delivered within the time we have estimated, please feel free to contact us by telephone +44 (0) 1303 262 636 or email info@ibsintelligence.com or by post to the postal address provided below and we will try to resolve the issue promptly. We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

Our prices include postage and packing costs within the UK, it does not include special delivery services. An additional charge for postage and packing applies to all overseas orders as notified to you at the time of the order. When special delivery services, such as courier services, are requested, additional charges to cover these costs will apply. On acceptance of goods you shall be responsible for inspecting the goods including Publications promptly on delivery and notifying us in writing forthwith after delivery if any goods including Publications have been delivered damaged or have items missing. You shall be deemed to have accepted the goods including Publications once: a) the goods including Publications are being used by you or b) 28 (twenty-eight) days from confirmation of order, whichever is earlier. If you fail to notify us within the specified timescales, we reserve the right without liability to reject any subsequent claims made after the required date.

Risk in the goods including Publications shall pass to you once the goods including Publications have left our premises and/or our suppliers' premises. All goods including Publications sold are subject to these terms and conditions and remain vested in us until the Goods are paid for in full by you and until such time the Goods may not be charged or, encumbered in any way.

IBS Events
The organiser reserves the right to change the content and/or timing of the programme, speakers or venue. We will notify you of any major changes. Should for any reason outside the control of IBS Publishing Limited, the speakers or venue change, or the event be cancelled due to an act of terrorism or extreme weather conditions or industrial action, IBS Publishing Limited shall endeavour to reschedule but the client hereby indemnifies and holds harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses which are incurred by the client. We reserve the right to change any prices, the programme for conferences and without prior notification.

A binding contract will come into existence upon acceptance by us of your booking. We aim to process each booking within 14 working days although time shall not be of the essence in respect of processing orders and bookings.

The registration fee includes attendance at all sessions, documentation, refreshments, lunch and entry to any social function e.g. drinks reception. It does not include hotel accommodation or travel to and from the conference. All delegates must be pre-booked and fees paid before the conference in order to guarantee your place.

Savings reflect early booking discounts. All discounts can only be applied at the time of registration and are subject to approval.

Cancellation, amendments to bookings or any change of delegate details for any of our conferences must be received in writing. A charge of 50% of the registration fee will be made for cancellations received in writing 4 weeks prior to the date of the conference. A refund will be sent to pre-paid delegates in such a case. We regret cancellations cannot be accepted within 4 weeks of the event and will be liable for the full fee. Substitutions can be made at any time but must be received in writing.
