Roll-out of Fiserv's Acumen hits the rocks at Gesa CU

Washington-based Gesa Credit Union has filed a lawsuit to cancel its roll-out of Fiserv's Acumen. The supplier rejects the credit union's claims and states that this is a one-off problem within its US Acumen base.
