Online Research - Core Banking Systems Case Studies

Oracle FSS's Flexcube was selected by Alpha Bank in late 2005/early 2006, for two separate projects. One was to cover domestic corporate lending and the other involved full core banking centralisation and standardisation of the bank's five subsidiaries in the Balkans: Albania, Bulgaria, FYROM, Romania and Serbia. The two ventures were completely independent from each other and were led by different IT and project management teams within the Alpha Bank group.
