Sopra to buy Business Architects

French consulting, systems integration, and application outsourcing company, Sopra Group, plans to acquire loan system vendor Business Architects International. The cash deal, which is expected to be finalised by the end of September, will see Sopra acquire 100 per cent of the share capital of the Belgian vendor.
